Due to the nature of alcoholic products, we generally cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction and safety are important to us.

 

1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened bottles

  • Consumed products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without prior approval

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos and order details

  • We will assess and may offer a refund or replacement

 

3. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Lost or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, absence of age verification, or legal restrictions, we may refund the product price minus shipping charges and additional fees.
