1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to EU countries and UK.
If your region restricts alcohol shipments, your order may be refused or returned.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During peak periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination. While we work with reliable carriers, delays caused by customs, weather, or logistics are outside our control.

We are not liable for shipments held, delayed, or seized by customs authorities.

6. Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos.
