1. General Information
Ubhal Ghort (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a private family-owned initiative focused on the sale of curated whisky bottles and, in the future, our own whisky releases. All products offered on this website are intended for customers who are legally permitted to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages in their respective countries.

2. Age Restriction
By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence. We do not sell alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to cancel orders if age requirements cannot be confirmed.

3. Product Information
While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, tasting notes, images, and details, variations may occur. Whisky is a natural product, and bottle appearance (including labels, packaging, and fill levels) may differ slightly from images shown.

We reserve the right to modify product offerings and descriptions at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Euro and include VAT according to applicable regulations.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment must be completed at checkout using available payment methods. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to selected countries. Shipping availability, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the import of alcoholic beverages is legal in their country or region. We are not responsible for shipments rejected or confiscated by customs or local authorities.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery or legal restrictions, we may refund the order minus shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and a detailed description.
Refunds or replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may require return of the damaged product.

We cannot refund bottles that have been opened or consumed.

7. Pre-Orders & Special Editions
In the future, customers may be able to pre-register or pre-order Ubhal Ghort special releases. Pre-orders are subject to availability, changes in production timelines, and legal bottling requirements.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify pre-orders. In such cases, customers will be fully refunded.

8. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, branding, logos, and product descriptions—is the intellectual property of Ubhal Ghort unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that may disrupt its functionality.
